Welcome to your Michigan City retreat! Just a 10–12 minute walk from the shores of Lake Michigan, this beachy, laid-back home is designed for you to arrive, exhale, and enjoy. Whether you're here for the sand, the sunsets, or simply doing nothing — this is your home base. Bedrooms & Bathrooms (4BR / 3BA) Sleeps a full group comfortably with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms (plus extra queen air mattress). Plenty of space for families, friend groups, or a multi-family getaway. Outdoors Soak in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or just kick back on the patio furniture with a drink in hand while grilling. Kitchen Fully equipped and ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner. You'll find a dishwasher, slow cooker, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, plates, utensils — everything you need to cook. Laundry In-unit washer and dryer plus iron available. Entertainment 3 Smart TVs with streaming in the home, plus high-speed WiFi throughout. Parking Two dedicated parking spots. Dog Friendly 🐾 We love pets! Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Please don't hang anything on the walls. There will be a $50 fee for wall damage. There is a $125 fee per pet. There is a $100 early check-in fee.

Early Check-In: We'd love to accommodate early arrivals, but our tight turnaround between guests means it's not always possible. An additional fee applies when available - just ask! Hot Tub: We send a quick hot tub safety card with your check-in info - takes 30 seconds to read and keeps everyone safe so you can enjoy it worry-free. Beach Essentials: We'll send you to the beach with towels and a wagon - you bring the chairs, umbrella, and good vibes. Fireworks: Leave the fireworks at home - they're not permitted in our area.
